UGANDA: JOY & LOVE 😍 describes my friend Nayiga
Nayiga lives here next to someone's dirty muddy pig and cattle pen.
You can see her sheetmetal entrance door on the left of the animal pen photo in this post.
Her house wall is shared with the pig pen. You can hear the pigs snorting as if they are in her house when you visit her, yet she is happy and grateful.
She greeted me with many hugs, smiles and great joy. We sat in one of two small rooms she has with all her possessions in them.
Yet her joy amazed me. She shared her testimony of God's love in Christ and how he has helped and protected her in life.
She happily showed me the chicken coop and chickens we gave her. We hope this helps her with food and some income.
She does not speak english, but she learned a few words for when we said our goodbyes. She smiled, hugged me tight and said: "I love you very much."
That was the best and sweetest gift. My heart too is full of love and joy from our visit together. 🥰
Nayiga, "Nkwagala nnyo nnyo," (I love you very very much).
