GROWING CONCERN, CONTINUED PRAYER AND HELP needed for those I know in Uganda and all poverty stricken countries and areas during this COVID-19 pandemic.
\nLike most countries in the world: Uganda has been locked down and businesses/work closed for three weeks, with an extension added until May.
\nMany are very poor and normally have trouble providing food for themselves and families without this lockdown.
\nI am getting messages from some that are out of funds and food. There is no government assistance, and things are growing extremely difficult.
\nThey are really frightened and have limited or no food for their children.
\nI am sure this problem goes far and wide beyond Uganda, but its reality wakes you up when you personally know the people suffering.
\nI know this is a very difficult time for all of us, but if you can give anything to help it would be a huge blessing.
